On this private food tour to the best wineries in Vienna, you will be driven from winery to winery by 2 local wine guides. You will stop at 3 wineries in 3 different locations in Vienna's wine-growing region and enjoy typical vintner dishes such as bread spreads, roast meat with bread dumplings or potato dumplings or smoked meat and a delicious apple strudel for dessert, for example. At each of the 3 Viennese wineries you will primarily taste the in-house "Wiener gemischter Satz DAC", if possible in the 3 quality grades of regional wine, local wine and vineyard wine.

St Martin's Day Tour

The whole day private St Martin's day tour takes you to Weißenkirchen in the Wachau valley where you attend a mass in which the new wine is blessed. In the ceremony following the blessing the new wine is tasted in the Teisenhoferhof.

St Leopold's Day Tour

On 15 November, we commemorate Saint Leopold with a pontifical mass featuring the Mass in D minor by the Austrian composer Anton Bruckner in Klosterneuburg Abbey Church. Afterwards there will be food in the abbey restaurant, barrel slides, a funfair and wine tasting.

This tour takes you to the Wachau valley northwest of Vienna where you visit the 300 year old cellars of the Domaine Wachau. You will taste Green Veltliner Steinfeder and Federspiel as well as Riesling Federspiel Terrassen. After tasting you go to a local local Wachau wine tavern for a typical Winegrower’s snack.

Grüner Veltiner Tour

This Grüner Veltliner tour takes you from Vienna to the Grüner Veltliner wine-growing regions of Wagram, Kamptal and Wachau in Lower Austria. After a short walk in the respective vineyards, you will taste the Grüner Veltliner either directly in the vineyard or in the wine cellar of the winegrower producing the wine.
